East Carolina Petroleum Services was founded by Gregory Chambers and has grown to become one of the most respected petroleum equipment contractors in North Carolina. ECPS has a service department that is responsible for repairs, maintenance, start–ups and training and an installation department specializing in all types of petroleum construction projects. Our compliance department is responsible for managing and scheduling annual testing and is capable of performing any repairs necessary to correct failures to keep stations in compliance with regulations set forth by the North Carolina Department of the Environment and Natural Resources.
