East Carolina Petroleum Services (ECPS) provides services to airports, automobile dealerships, automobile repair shops, aviation fueling stations, environmental testing companies, fleet fueling installations, independent branded and non–branded fueling stations, hospitals, marinas, military, municipalities, rental car companies, trucking repair shops, truck stops, and utilities.
